Thread: How long does it take you?

    How long does it take you guys to download asingle game, it usually takes me 4-5 days to doanload a game and im on a cable connection. Is it about the same for every one? is their a way to make it faster ?

    There are so many ways to answer this question. you may want to take a look at the
    Guides and Tutorial section
    It takes me about 1/2-1 hour to download a 1.6GB Game depending on how many seeder there are. I use Utorrnet and get my torrents from torrent_Damage and torrentleech. the guides and tutorial section will help you get your client set up to maximize you speed.

    It takes me 1 and a half day (15hrs) for a 2.5 Gb Game,
    my connection is 512kbps, (760kbps acording to 2wire.com speed meter).

    A little over a hour for a DVD that is 4.5GB, thanks for ftp access. Using bitttorent who knows, I havent used it in almost a year.

    I would like 1Mb at least. But speeds over 512 get somewhat expensive here.

    always have max. download speed (currently 5000mbps, soon 8000 ) with newsgroups. ~2.1GB an hour
