Not sure, but you can also Mute the Music volume in that game and use Winamp to play your stuff.

Yea, what's up with the Permanent Menu Rap?

Maybe it's not in Mw, but NFS:U 1 had that "skee skee" song stuck on the menu. I don't know what the hell those guys are singing about, but it was very annoying having to hear some damn song about men ejaculating onto the female face EVERY SINGLE TIME I started the game.
