I currently have a 17" LCD monitor, with my desktop extended onto my TV which is connected with an S-VHS cable.

I'm considering buying a new monitor, but I'm unsure as to whether I'd be able to use both monitors and the TV as displays at the same time. Anyone know for sure?

Aw frick, will it draw more power then? I reckon I'm running pretty damn close to the limit anyway.

I'm after a 24" widescreen, and from what I've been reading tonight there are a few issues with the Samsung and Dell main contenders. I'm gonna wait for the BenQ FP241W to come out and see how it is then, but thanks for the info anyway fellas.

The interface does not provide any power to your monitor, so that's not a consideration
