Is their not a rongfull termination thing you can use? I mean taking a day off when a family member dies isnt something you should get fired for.

I would have to see about a wrongful dismissal case. I believe it would be very strong, but I *just* finished a three-year court battle and am not really eager to start another one. I will though, if I can, because no one should be treated like that.

things are quiet until hitler decides he'd like to invade russia
    so, he does
the russians are like "OMG WTF D00DZ, STOP TKING"
and the germans are still like "omg ph34r n00bz"
the russians fall back, all the way to moscow
and then they all begin h4xing, which brings on the russian winter
the germans are like "wtf, h4x"

I plan on beating him to death with his kids. I'll use them as a bludgeon on his face. -

Go for it, I agree with "I will though, if I can, because no one should be treated like that.".

So sorry for your loss, MN.

Your (former) boss's boorish behavior into the bargain must have you a bit boxed just now.

Sounds like a formula to fuel an effort to extract the pound of flesh you are due.

    Keep us apprised, please?
