I'm having the same problem with getting back into bitsoup. I`v recently requested my password but have received nothing. I know i have requested it in the past with hotmail and no issues. I`v been with the site for years and I`m very sad that I can`t get my password recovered. Any help or suggestions would be great! Thank you!

I been using Bitsoup for more than 8 years... after the last outage of the service i cannot login to the site no more.... It would not except my password.. I have used the irc bitsoup but still without any respond.. can someone please help me... I know this is an old thread, better than opening a new one with the same issues..
