The Right Cd?

downloded a 825mb movie, i read somewhere that some cd-r's can hold up to 850mb of information(data). ie my movie.
i'm in the uk, does n e 1 know firstly

is this true
second of all which cd-r's are able to overburn to this amount.

It depends on file format, CD-R size, version and type of burning software, whether your Burner will support overburning etc etc

the movie is avi divx, and yes i think my burner does support overburning

im from uk and ive got some 99min/900mb disks..you should just get some of them theyre ideal for burning movies got a nice collection of over 200 DVD rips on them now

what make are they, where u get them from and most importantly how much do they cost?

i got 2 different makes called infiniti and datawrite,get them from local market in nottingham,think theyre about 40p each not sure

I got some disks from maplins but can only burn 703mb max with nero 5.5.9.0 and teac dc w512eb, i think its my drive, any sugestions?

but if you have a cd which is actually 800mb, 90 mins. do u still have to overburn, because i have roxio easy cd creator, couldnt i use that, wouldnt the program recognise the 800mb cd?

ps (sorry about this) can overburning damage ur drive, i read that somewhere
