Ok..,Is it a MUST to have a cue file to burn a game?Does this also applies to bin file?Could'nt we just burn the game from the game itself?

the .bin file contains the file and the .cue tells the burning app how the .bin file has to be burned (some files have to be burned in a special way normally to bypass copy protection).

however it is possible to burn or extract a .bin using winISO i think
There are 10 types of people in the world those who understand binary and those who dont

The easiest thing to do if you don't have the .cue file is to use WinISO to either convert the .bin to .iso and burn that, or simply extract the files from the .bin to a temp folder on your hard drive and install the game from there.

OR burn with NERO as I have described here towards the bottom.
