Ive been using Poser 4, for a while now
and when i do a search on K+ for poser - there are alot
    of DAZ3D extra packs.
Ive tried to apply them but dont know how.
Ive checked the daz site - no help there
    So...

    What is Daz3d?
    Are they add ons?
Do they apply to Poser? (or do i need another program)
How and where do i put them?

    Thanx

DAZ 3d makes "Poser ready models" (their phrase, not mine ) and other things. They sell them at around $10 to $30 each.

I don't use Poser, so I'm not sure how you'd apply them.
things are quiet until hitler decides he'd like to invade russia
    so, he does
the russians are like "OMG WTF D00DZ, STOP TKING"
and the germans are still like "omg ph34r n00bz"
the russians fall back, all the way to moscow
and then they all begin h4xing, which brings on the russian winter
the germans are like "wtf, h4x"

daz3d models are to use in poser 4,5 and 6. basicly when you click to install a daz3d model it will search for your poser run time directory. if it cant find it you can do it manualy threw the instal. once the install is complete you will find new selections in poser like vicky morphing clothing or add on morphs in the pose section. where you find them depends on if its a charator file, pose file, or texture file. the only thing i suggest also is to make sure the daz3d file is for poser and not for bryce. Daz3d does do bryce add ons now too. Any more questions let me know but basicly this is the answer in a nut shell

Why did you bump a 3 year old topic?
