Win Xp Look?

Is there any kind of shell or software out there that would make my
Windows 2000 desktop look like windows XP (w/ visual style abilities)

No, I dont want windows blinds cuz that slows down my comp pretty bad

No, I dont want to install win xp or else i wud have already done that.

Any suggestions would be appreciated
