Thread: I just DL'ed an album in FLAC???

    I DL'ed and album and once it was done dl'ing in Azureus, I opened it up and all the songs were in the FLAC format??? Say I would want to put it in Itunes, how will I go about doing that since ITunes doesnt support FLAC???

    it's lossless audio, much much much better than an mp3 quality wise. I'm not 100% sure if Itunes supports FLAC, but you can always get converters for FLAC-->mp3.

    you could burn it to a cd and then rip it using itunes

    noooo you shouldn't burn then re-rip compressed audio...the quality would suck balls..even converting it would take quality away but not nearly as bad as burning & re-ripping..if u burn & re-rip it would have to be ripped as an uncompressed wave file or else it will sound horrible

    just download the proper codec and player, flac is a lossless format don't convert it, if you do you waste some quality

    in_flac.dll u need to download and put it inside winamp folder
