It's no glitch. The new requirements are as described in the first page of this thread. RealitY said member rank accounts (5 posts, 15 days) may regain access to NZBs in the future, but not for now.

Strange to me Anon.... I don't understand, doesn't the traffic in the NZB section show/register traffic/posts from the website here?? If not?? How does the other NZB sites build up there evaluations??

Until mid-2010, NZBs had a forum-based interface, showed up as regular threads, and comments made within counted as forum posts. I used a special bookmark that excluded those when searching for threads with new posts, otherwise the list would have at least a dozen pages every day. After the vBulletin 4.0 upgrade, the entire system was reworked from the ground up (an amazing job by tesco) and became separate from the forum itself.

I'm not currently a member on any other NZB sites, so I have no idea how they handle this.
