FFS, Jonno what did you use as your search criteria.

There has to be a common ground on both pickups and the jack - my guess is that's the white lead in each case - connect all of these to earth.
Then connect red from the pickup to left, black from the other pickup to right, and yellow from the jack to middle.
If that doesn't work, then my guess about which one is the ground is wrong, so connect the three coloured wires to earth, connect the white from the jack to middle, and connect one each of the other two white wires to left and right.
Assuming you've got it working but you want the switch to operate the other way round, swap the wires connected to left and right.
.Political correctness is based on the principle that it's possible to pick up a turd by the clean end.
Wait wait wait, thankyou Mr.P but I already found that one, unfortunately it does'nt have the diagram for the particular switch and wire colours of my guitar for some reason
Ask Nik, I can find almost anything on google but I couldn't find this today after 2 hours of searching

Edit@Lynx..... Yeah tried that, was my thoughts exactly but still didn't work, thats one of the setups I got it working as both, what I need it for it to be Middle - Both, Up - Neck pickup and Down - Bridge pickup.
Have you tried asking Epiphone

Ok, I emailed Gibson and they sent me a picture which doesn't make a lot of sense to me (I havn't done electronic schematics for years)
I wonder if someone here could possibly explain.
Ok from my guitar I have.....
A yellow wire with a white wire in the yellow sheeth.
A Red wire with a white wire in the sheeth.
A Black wire with a white wire in the sheeth.
6 wires and 4 connection tabs on the switch.
The yellow comes from the output jack, the other 2 come from the pickups.
This is my switch....
Any ideas?

Take it to a guitar shop.
As long as I've got a face
You've got a place to sit
Well I would rather do it myself cos I'm stubborn like that
But if I havn't managed to do that I am going to take it to the local music shop where they said they'd do it free for me (cos I "know" people )
But I wanna do it myself!!
Bugs the shit outta me cos I know how to do stuff like this, if I could just find out the correct place for the yellow (+white) wire go I could do it.
