    Anyone got dj equipment, or turntables and mixers for sale? Im looking for some technic turntables, and i guess any kind of mixer would be fine for now...anyone got any?

    Check your local classifieds.
    There's always a numpty or three selling the 1210s that mummy bought them whem they were 12 and thought <random mixing jock> was 'da bomb!'

    Heh, I used to mix with two Gerard SP25s and the mixer from a bloody Citronic Hawaii. Who needs direct drive quartz variables?

    eBay can be a little bit pricey for DJ equipment, although it certainly depends on what you're looking for. I've seen some fantastic deals go by.

    The trick is to aim for the lowest common denominator, that is, go back a couple of "releases" and you can find great turntables that are only a few years old selling for very little since most people want those "brand new" technics.
