I would like to convert back to dvd after download ? Can this be done?

You can use Tmpgenc Plus to convert AVI to MPEG, then use Tmpgenc Dvd Author to convert MPEG to DVD (ifo, VOB) : CLICK HERE

Keep in mind you'll never regain the original quality of the DVD it was ripped from due to lost frames and bit rates.
