When i close the download window or shut down my pc and start downloading the same file will the download then start the same place or will the download start at 0 mb everytime?

Just go back to the website and click on the original link and Bit Torrent will continue where it left off provided you point to the same directory. If you downloaded the torrent file, just double-click on the file and it will resume where it stopped.
