can some1 tell me y when you make a .cue for a .iso or .bin image you can burn a 800 mb image to a 700 mb cd im not complaining about it would just like to know how it works

its because bin files have error protection build inside. some files don't have that soo they use the extra space reserved on cd.
ISOs dont really need .cue. But if you must:
FILE "filename.iso" BINARY
TRACK 01 MODE1/2352
INDEX 01 00:00:00
*.cue *.bin you only need these 2!
if you have (cue) your missing (bin) file and vice-versa
*.ISO is a stand alone standart *image file.
You don't need a cue for an iso.
