You are still not very clear what you need from us. What is the problem?

Do you want that fan or another one? and why?

I should be easy to find a fan/heatsink for an AMD cpu. Just about any sold now will work with the 1.3 Ghz. Duron.

Just go to any local computer store and ask then for a AMD cpu cooler for above 1.3 ghz.

I agree with Somebody1234, many decent combos out there to do the job. Personally I'd go with a copper fin heatsink/fan combo, better cooling from copper.
