    Using Dan's culinary tips I have just purchased a weeks shopping, for a family of 6, for just ander £13 ($127). Granted the cooking times will have to be increased, so that by the end of the week minute steaks will be taking considerably over half an hour. However I think you'll agree it's well worth it.

    I felt better about 2 hours ago so I ate the cheese sandwiches I made last night for work. I threw them up about half hour ago

    I'm mean to be going out to a Thai restaurant tonight for my mate's birthday but I'm wondering if that might not be the wisest of ideas.
