Trying to delete something thats not there?

Ok so heres the scoop. I am trying to install a new version of nero and it tells me i have an old version of incd, so it then proceeds to tell me that inorder to continue downloading this new version it has to delete the old incd. So i said go ahead, then a seperate box opens up and says incd could not be detected.
Anyway I take a look at my add/remove programs and see that i have:
Ahead Incd
Ahead Neromix
Nero Vision Express 2

But when i try to delete them this way it says Blah Blah not detected on your system. And the file sizes for them are blank. How do i get rid of these?

I hope i got my point across, b/c i have been having this problem for quit a while now, but have been using a different program, which isnt that great.

try running the cleantool.
