Thought I'd pass this along. I've had 2 pair of BluBlocker Sunglasses. Very decent sunglasses, liked them a lot. Not RayBans, Vuarnets, Bolles or Maui Jim's. But I go through 2-4 pairs a year. Can't afford $200-$300/year for sunglasses. Not cheapos either. So this is a good for solution for me. Hope some others will benefit as well.

Why do you go through 2-4 pairs a year?

I live in an area where wearing sunglasses is paramount for safety against the sun. Versus other areas where sunglasses are worn more for cosmetic (vanity) reasons. It's not unusual to be forced to use sunglasses 90+% of the day, everyday. Even when it's raining. The wear & tear on them consequently is higher. And higher loss & misplacement due to constantly having them around. Also leading to not having them around.

The sun is so intense here that at least 75% of motor vehicles have aftermarket window tinting. Other places the percentage is much lower.
