Any opinions on what I should do with this blank line?

Let it run or turn it off?

To be honest I hate using the windows config . start . Better third party ones but think its just Java update loading . Please don't take my word for it tho !

Please back away from the keyboard ! Try something like Ccleaner , Reg Supreme where you can just tick or untick a box to disable start up, don't delete it willy nilly .

Ok can I edit tonite ?

Peat I agree. Go into control panel. Select java. Change the update setting to not check.

Um, no peat, I think he means the empty line not the highlighted one.

    Skizo:
jusched is the java update utility and its safe turn that off.

A blank line entry is not good.
Consider this: would a legitimate process have an entry there that is hidden in such a manner? No.

I think it's from a fake spyware killer app...
My son's computer had one (bloody 'infected file' ballon was popping up in the systray) a few weeks ago that Hijackthis curiously didn't notice. Spybot's system startup util dod see it though, but I couldn't remove it using that part of the program for some reason.
I can't remember exactly how I fixed it but I usually run Xoftxpy, Spybot, Adaware and then HJT to finish off and one of those fixed it.

Yeah, I've tried running Ad-Aware and NAV but neither pick it up. I'll have to run HiJackThis and see what it turns up.

    I don't trust NAV.
Go to http://www.kaspersky.com and get scanned online.
