what to do after nzb file is downloaded

Ive got newsleecher and newshosting, ive downloaded a film they are now stored in my file, how do i convert all the winrar and mvs so i can put them on a disc?do i extract them.

Usually there are PAR files so you can check that all the files are ok. Download and install quickpar to do that:

After that you can unrar the files. Usually you end up with a ISO, IMG or other file you can open/burn with Nero or some other burning program.

Don't know what files you have and what release it is but I hope it was some help.

You can also mount the image with daemon tools if you just want to watch it on your computer:
