Thread: What is MultiMedia Audio Controller ?

  1. #1
    Hi Guys

I have just reinstalled my Windows XP and in the last few days every time I boot up I get the Found New Hardware wizard starting up says I need to install my MultiMedia Audio Controller.

I have put in my Soundblaster CD and the Windows XP CD and the wizard can not find the files it needs.

Does anyone know what this is ? My computer seems to run OK without it.

I feel like trying to disable the wizard it is such a pain !

    Regards

Maybe you have an onboard soundcard and it is enabled in your BIOS. check it out and disable it.
