FF12 Boss Fight Problem

So I'm battling this boss

BOSS 2x Judge, 3x Imperial Swordsman, Imperial Mage.

Spoiler explains where in the story i'm at (Not too far in though)

It's right when the look alike of BASCH joins your party as a guest and your on the evil guys ship

I have 2 guys doing healing and 2 attacking. But I still get the crap knocked out of me by the time I make the first judge fall.

Any special strategies?

If you're ever having trouble in Final Fantasy, all you need to do is level up. Either that or stock up on as many potions as you can afford.

I know which part you are on.....basically i remember balthier saying something like fear not numbers beat the judges and the rest shall fall.....my 11 year old sister managed it lol i am sure you can. I think if you dont beat the judges they keep calling reinforcments so thats what you should do....good luck.

Edit:- Use gambits to target leaders target and you (the leader) target the judges. If that helps lol!!!

Yeah, I just need to spend like an hour leveling up. My main problem is I only had 2 pheonix downs in stock.

Thats beginning to be a killer drag. I better not waste any when I'm leveling up.

I've beaten him....i think he is the dude that is the old man. I used a mist technique which took 3/4 of his life and the rest oh well same ol same ol choppin with ma sword.

Cheat!!!!!!!!!

You don't have to cheat. I had no problem on that one. You should have Quickenings by now. Equip quickenings and be sure to have your mana full. Right on the begining of the battle use quickening on the first Judge. I hope you know to use it. You have to chain as many as you can pressing the buttons on the bottom of the screen. If there isn't one available press R2 and it could appear. Also you must be fast because you have like 4 seconds. That should take care of the first Judge. And the second you can attack, or use another quickening (use ether to charge mana or change party members). After this two the other will retreat. That should take care of it. Good luck.

Actually i am far past this stage now and no cheats......

I have beat the pheonix type boss beat vossler (found him hard).
