I generally think that my computer is fast, specs are not too bad and here we go:-
    INTEL 3.0GHZ HT PROCCESSOR
    1GB RAM
    200GB HD(MASTER)
    250GB HD (NEW)

Well the rest aint important but whats happening is that my computer has become really slow....and i was wondering what the problem was so i just formatted the damn thing (not the quick format the other one cant memba) but anyway it was working fine might i add for like a day then after that videos became all slow and my computer in general slowed down...burning takes literally twice as long now. So i figured i would format it again and see if it worked normally. It did for a day and ahem guess what i got bounced back into the stone age again.

Any suggestions on what i should do....and if it helps when i use torrents i get disk overload at the bottom of my utorrent application when i am downloading more than 300KB/s.

    Read this thread.
Your torrent client needs to be configured differently.

Fixing your disk overload problem might help with other issues as well.
At the very least, it narrows down the areas to look at.
