YouTube Verify age problem

[reminder]

I am running into some strange problems with youtube.

When I click a video, it takes me to a page and says:

This video may contain content that is inappropriate for some users, as flagged by YouTube's user community.

By clicking "Confirm," you are agreeing that all videos flagged by the YouTube community will be viewable by this account.
"

But when I click the Confirm button, nothing happens. I have tried this with IE and FireFox.
