do download some .torrent files and open them in utorrent or azureus or in notepad

It's good.
If you are a member of any torrent site, you can get the file .torrent and open it using bitcomet. It will start automatically. Just look around thi site for proper setup.
Generally any bittorrent site will have instructions on how you go about it all

The only way you'll learn, is by reading through the threads. Try a couple of different programs and see what suits your fancy. Experimenting is half the fun. It's amazing how much you learn, by reading the forums.
