cracking Maya 8

i've been trying to crack Maya 8 using some downloadable instructions online, heck i even bought a cd with crack included (same instructions)

exactly how do you crack maya 8?

edit: forgot bout the 'crack' rule... Noob here.... I am just asking how to use the crack instruction given because i may have done something wrong coz the crack aint workng
