I can easily take a screenshot of my torrent client, since I'm using torrentflux, just gotta find a torrent with good speed. Anyway, last week I managed to download and upload with aprox. 7Mb/s both ways.

For SCT you gonna need alot more than just HDBITS and SCC seedbox or not, if you are a PU @ OINK you can get TranceTraffic for free in PU Section of forums.
