Why Does The Lounge Not Count As A Post

just wondering why when posting in the lounge forum it does not count as a post?

its still a forum but you get no postcount for it i dont understand

any1 care to say why this is? i dont really care about it but just wondering why, maybe theres other forums than just lounge that also does not add an extra post to your total posts but ive not noticed any others

It's because they are off-topic (ie. not related to K-Lite).

I think that Funny Stuff is the only other place where it doesn't count. (The Worlds never used to, but I think this has changed)

because then FC would have over 4,465 posts, and he definetly does not deserve most of them

But seriously, the Lounge is 99% Spam, it's not fair that ppl who spend their entire time in there should get more posts than those who contribute in other sections.

true, but maybe we should have a "general discussion" for non-spam topics, but non-klite topics.

Constructive topics like my "army" topic would go here.

Really there were some outrages joke topics and monday night football...
A lot of real good topics...
