I own it. I'm not sure why, don't care for Lynch's movies. It isn't really scary, just very very odd. Super super low budget, something like $5k to make. I don't even think the actors were paid. The movie is worth seeing once, although I'm not sure why.

Hands down in the top 3 strangest movies ever made. The film wasn't that long, but it felt like I was watching it for like 3 hours. Not in a bad way...just the way Lynch shot it, with the slow moving camera's and what not.
