Why does it matter? You can get sct for a TL if you're lucky or cannot get it even if you give all of the level 4/5 sites....

Yeah, it may be given for free. But if some guy who has sct invites want tl or any other site that's considered "crappy" here he will not wait for someone to give him for free. He will trade what he has to get it as fast as possible.
