How does one go about splitting a ~700mb movie file into smaller ~14mb parts in a rar archive....like what you would normally get if you dl'd a movie off of bittorrent?

How does one go about splitting a ~700mb movie file into smaller ~14mb parts in a rar archive....like what you would normally get if you dl'd a movie off of bittorrent?

1. right click on file and choose add to archive
2. on split to volume,bytes type "14m" (minus the quotes)
3. choose compression method
4. pick place to save to
5. click ok
