    1. what is the ratio I should keep?
    2. what is the upload speed that I need? I have 122kbs upload speed Should I talk to my isp?

    3. when should I upload while I'm downloadin or after I'm Downloading?

    and another last question
    what is Latency?
    I have 39ms

    please help me this is importent

    122 kbps is fine unless you are not satisfied

    latency is the time it takes for you to send information somewhere. The farther the distance (or the slower the hardware) the longer the latency.

    Ratios: It depends on the site. If you want to be a valued member start at 1 : 1 and go up from there.
