Yes, there are a few living in the Netherlands, those that I know are asylum seekers.

Well they are refugees, looking for a safe place to live. Mostly from Kosovo, Albania and Macedonia(the Albanian asylum seeker of course&#33

In the Netherlands its called the IND, and nowadays, as the tensions in those countries diminish, they do get &#39;caught&#39; and sent back within a few days...

They do that in the UK too but they stay in there for years. They call it Estates instead of prison.
