Does anyone have a painting/photo editing application that is very quick to start.

When I have something that I want to edit real quick, I open it in mspaint. But mspaint is so basic.

I'm looking for something that I can open in less than 3 seconds. Something really fast like that.

I have Adobe's CS2 and Elements 2.0, but they just take so long to load up.

    Any recommendations?

Click for more activation options, then activate by telephone. Run the keygen.
if I call them, aren't they going to get me? (you know, down there)

Also try xnview the fastest launch I ever seen. From the 1st time I tried it, I assigned it to open all image files. Also it has some nice image editing features.

    online editor, with layers
i counted 15 secs (depends on your web speed)

you also have a tweak to speed up loading of photoshop, which removes tons of filters etc
