Some more:
I remember trying to get outta my apartment parking lot and having to get a hammer to crack all the ice on the ground around my car.
Everywhere outside had a sheet of ice and it's the only time I've seen such an occurence in my area.
On those picks above, some of that had to snow that froze as it melted. Water doesn't bunch up like that.
