Scc is a great site...plus it is open signup at the moment...and I don't know how long that will last...
When I joined a few days ago, I wasn't impressed. But now it's shaping up to be something great. I'd say: invest your bandwidth on this one. If only they had more active users (raise the number up to 10000 or so) and covered more releases (like TL)...

Actually they have great "after pre time" times, that's true. But the number of seeds/peers isn't for sure impressing... Let's hope the open signup will change that.
