Tuoto(new client)

Bittorrent is down for most of the Ontario users (very limited in term of speed since jan 31)...with this new wave of attack from the biggest Canadian isp (Rogers) which has knocked out Azureus and utorrent encryption system i have left with few questions:
Tuoto claims to do to defeat traffic shaping! Is it just coming up with a new protocol that hasn't been accounted for yet and only works with other Tuoto clients?

Can i use Tuoto in all private trackers without getting band?

You have to look at list of allowed and banned clients.

Ill take a look at the client itself throughout this week.
I personally have never heard of the client.

On the side note:
Once a few of the larger sites check the client itself for bugs and leaks ect... then it ussualy gets around as an acceptable or not acceptable client.
