it would open 3 days ago but coder told me that it will be opened today with %100..beucase there is just one coder i think.
So i think today or tomorrow it will be opened.And also there will be lots of new things in the tracker he said.

Looks like they lost the database?this site should be at least 4.5
266 torrents and is about Magik? very poor tracker IMO. Did I miss something?
