ive just started downloading the matrix reloaded svcd centropy version

(2.3gb). Id just like to know if it is the best version available and if there will

be a screener available soon. Are there any sites that say when screeners

are available,

To answer your question about when screeners will be available...check VCDQuality. IF theres a screener out it will most likely be listed there. Cheers

With a simple answer, YES. The SVCD format is the best in my opinion. Until an official screener hits the street, this is the best damn copy you'll see for a while. 3 disks, 700mb a piece, not that 150mb re-encode bullshit.
