Whats the best non WMP video player ?

Hi Guys

In your opionion what are the best video player programs.

I use
Video Lan but it has limitiations.

But I want one that wil play most file formats
Has Good video quality
Has a Playlist feature
Has Freeze Frame
Has Slow Mo

I used to use

Classic Media Player and
Light Alloy

I see Light Alloy has a new version 3.00

Any suggestions ?

VLC Player is nice because it doesn't need to install any codec to play almost all movie formats.

Despite that, I use Media Player Classic and FFDShow MPEG-4 Video Decoder.

Much as I like VLC, I have quite a few video clips that it won;t play and quite often it plays a file with distorted sound or poor picture quality. Then I f I play the same file in WMP it plays perfectly.

So this to me means that VLS still have a lot of work to do on their filters or whatever they use !

Yes I'd like to see that tutorial.
