Can I ask why you made two threads?

here's the blow by blow:

1. i hit the "submit new thread" button

2. i waited a long time(im on win 98se)

3. after waht seemed like too long, i closed the window and went into the lounge

4. i didn't see the new thread

5. i hit the "refresh" button, after it loaded i still didn't see the thread

6. i closed the window and went back into the lounge

7. i posted the thread again

8. this time when i refreshed i saw both threads

Is there really that much suspicion surrounding my double post? I could see if it was several threads about different topics, but I guess sometimes common sense evades the best of us.
