my dad has got this worm on his computer and apart from re-formatting i cant think of another way to get it off,can anyone help?


whenever i try to install a program to try and remove it the computer shuts down.............the only thing i can think of is to re-format but he is doing my head in asking me about it all the time

that virus infected my friends pc too.i think i disinfected it with kaspersky bu t can't remember exactly.i may have formatted the pc to remove that
there are lots of discussions in the net about that virus.you can find how to delete it because i remember there was a way to do it...
