Oink has a much wider selection but not all of it is lossless (although the number of good lossless rips is steadily increasing), it's also hard to keep your ratio up on.
Exigo, in my experience, has a smaller selection (in my experience there's a lot of older music like classic rock, jazz, and more obscure music) but it's way easier to keep your ratio up and all of the torrents are lossless.
I personally would choose Oink because I can very usually find exactly what I want on the tracker just because it's so large. Exigo has a better setup but it's harder to find what I'm looking for on it.

Exigo has a very cool layout and a bunch of cool free leech, promotion (1.5x or 2X upload), and other things on a bunch of torrents.
