Help On Burning Iso ( I Read The Pinned)

ok i read the newbie pinned article but when i burn the iso file and i put it in d:\ he cant read them ( not formatted????????)

or the iso from +\- 200- 400 mb i cant burn getting this message
foreign immage file
entered block size does not correspond to the immage
block size is wrong

i have only two options and they both wont wrong?
need some help please
