    I can't log in to bitspyder...
    Is it down?
    All i get is "403 Forbidden Unauthorized Access."...

    vipdiablo it can't be that...
    I had an all new account (less than 2 days) with less than 500mb downloaded...
    I don't recall my exact ratio but warnings are usually in most sites announced if you exceed 1GB or even more...

    I changed my dynamic IP, erased my cookies but still the site seems to be down...

    403 = ban. And that's may also be ip-range ban, so go to the irc and ask what is going on.

    403 = Ban ip not ban acc , try different ips , you can access easily

    They have a few IP range bans on certain ISPs.
    Trying a different range will fix the problem.
    In my case it really did!
