people are supposed to have multiple "seedboxes" there .. So there are no restrictions on accessing account from multiple IPs. I think, they catch people when the profile is modified, at 2-3 places , combined with a IP change.

TL has fewer torrents than sct but the older torrents are usually better seeded than sct due to more users. How rarity somehow improves ScT boggles my mind tho.
