Seeding from a secondary Internal

I currently have all my torrents and files on my main HD. Would it be a wise idea to buy a second internal, put all my torrent files on there, and seed off of that? And by wise idea, I mean, would it slow anything down? Any comments/alternatives appreciated.

It shouldnt slow it down any.

I acctually have over 30 usb hds connected to some of my servers and you generally dont notice any difference unless your seeding at way way fast speeds on each files.
