I am thinking of setting up a torrent site but I am a beginner when it comes to torrent site setups. I have a coupe of questions:

1) Whats the layout a lot of torrent sites are using like Oink, Bitsoup ... (what other layouts are there that good to use other than forum based ones)?

2) What tracker software is the best and most used by torrent sites?

3) I was reading the Seedbox thread and I was wondering if all the rules for Seedboxes also apply to running an actual torrent site that DOESN'T host any torrents but just tracks them.


I know these are noob questions but please somebody help here
